THE ADVANTAGES OF NITROGEN

BB Cure N offers the possibility of working with nitrogen. Inside the treatment room, in fact, this can be entered inert gas which brings several advantages to process and workflows.
Polymerization in an inert atmosphere removes oxygen: this translates into greater cross-linking speed and consistency. Another consequence is the reduced migration of harmful materials, which combined with higher polymerization rates, makes BB Cure N ideal for the treatment of biocompatible, dental and medical resins.

DUAL FREQUENCY SYSTEM

The BB Cure N nitrogen polymerizer is an absolute ductile, capable of fixing any type of UV resin for 3D printing with optimal results. This is due to its technology system Double Frequency, which is a technology that allows him to work on two different wavelengths (365nm, 405nm). BB Cure N is therefore not only capable of treating medical, biocompatible and dental resins, but also composites and surface stains
