Right of withdrawal
All items purchased on DentalMakers.it can be returned within 14 days from the delivery date. After this deadline, the return procedure will no longer be available. You can exercise the right of withdrawal by choosing between refund or replacement (change of size or exchange of item). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the user.  
Return conditions
To be returned, the products must be in the same condition in which you received them, in particular: they must not have been used or washed; they must have the manufacturer's tag attached and intact; they must be returned together with the original box, which is considered to all intents and purposes an integral part of the product itself and which must not have been damaged and/or altered in any way, nor used as the only external packaging; they must be in perfect condition and have no signs of any kind. If your return does not comply with the conditions above, the package will be sent back (at your expense) and a refund or replacement will not be made.
 
How to make a return request
Registered user:
If during the purchase phase you logged in or created an account at the same time by providing "username" and "password", you can make the return by following the following instructions: Enter your account ; after providing your login details you will find yourself in your user dashboard. Select "order history and details", indicate the order concerned, then click on the item(s) you wish to return. Below indicate the reason for the return and click on "Request a Return": you will receive an RMA opening confirmation (Return). Our customer service will contact you within 24 working hours (therefore excluding Saturday and Sunday) to help you return the products.  
Unregistered user:
Send an email with your request and order number to info@dentalamkers.it Wait for our response before proceeding with the shipment. To make the return you have the possibility to choose whether to use the Easy Return service or the Return by the customer.

Easy Return
The Easy Return service includes collection at home organized by DentalMakers. The cost of the service depends on your country: Returns from Italy €15 Returns from EU countries €30

Returns by the customer
You can send the items back to DentalMakers.it with a courier of your choice, you will bear the cost of shipping directly with him. The package must contain all the documents you received upon delivery and the withdrawal form. We remind you that you can start a return procedure within 14 days from the delivery date. After this deadline, the return procedure will no longer be available. The items to be returned must be sent back to DentalMakers in a single package, to the address: Via Arelle 9 – 03020 Vallecorsa
(FR) Wait for the confirmation email before proceeding with the shipment.

Refund method
As soon as we receive your package, we will verify that all the conditions listed above have been respected, if the procedure has been carried out correctly we will make the refund within 72 hours of receiving the package. The refund will be made using the same payment method used during the purchase. If the purchase was made with cash on delivery, the refund will be made by bank transfer (the customer must indicate the IBAN where we will make the refund in the withdrawal form). You can follow the status of your return by logging in and accessing the "Return goods" menu. The credited amount will be visible with a variable time depending on the payment method used. As an alternative to the refund you can request the replacement of any item. It is possible to replace the item with a different product.

Replacements
DentalMakers allows the exchange to be made at the same time without further transport costs for the buyer. If you want to return a product for reasons related to size or color, or replace it with a similar one of equal or greater value, the replacement is free. Follow the procedure: -buy the size or item you want to replace; -activate the return procedure, from your personal page, by clicking on the product you intend to replace; -send an email to info@dentalmakers.it; -prepare the product you intend to replace and deliver it to the courier when he brings you the new product. It will be possible to proceed with the replacement only in this way, otherwise the customer will have to proceed independently.

Refund
The refund will be made once the product has been returned to our warehouses, respect all the conditions for the return: to be returned the products must be in the same conditions in which you requested them received, in particular: they must not have been used or washed; they must have the manufacturer's tag attached and intact; they must be returned together with the original box, which is considered to all intents and purposes an integral part of the product itself and which must not have been damaged and/or altered in any way, nor used as the only external packaging; the soles of the shoes must be in perfect condition and have no signs of any kind. If your return does not comply with the conditions above, the package will be sent back (at your expense) and a refund or replacement will not be made. Shipping costs and additional costs (cash on delivery) are not included in the refund.
